Each item of clothing has a unique, one-of-a-kind QR code imprinted on it. The code can be scanned by most built-in smartphone camera apps and also specialized smartphone apps. Anyone can scan it simply by pointing the camera at the QR code and pressing the link that shows up.

This, coupled with a sprinkle of technology magic, takes the person scanning your clothes to the page, video, image, or whatever else you want to share with the world. To set your clothing up, log in to the RESHRD Control Panel, and change the link assigned to your clothing. The change will be done instantly!

The QR code changes instantly, the second you put a new link in the RESHRD Control Panel and click “Save changes”.

When you purchase an item from RESHRD, you also gain access to the RESHRD Control Panel. To change the link to your QR clothing, simply log in, choose a clothing item, and paste the link you want. From now on, when someone scans your clothes, it will redirect them to the page you chose. You can change your link at any time.

No. Our prints are durable, and can’t be washed off. Unless of course, you do something super-crazy like washing them in pure bleach for a few hours. Please, take a look at the clothing care instructions to maximize your clothing’s lifespan.

Before sending your package, we test the QR code to ensure it is functioning properly. This process involves adding the clothing item to the system and manually verifying that the QR code can be properly read and used. This, and increased demand, may increase the fulfillment time to up to 5 working days.

Most orders arrive after around 5 to 7 working days. However, due to the international logistics chain being stretched to its full capabilities now, the shipping process may take up to 21 working days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

RESHRD cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

Please contact us as soon as you wish to return it. As mentioned in our refund policy, you have 14 days to return a product if it is in perfect condition, and meets the conditions of our refund policy.
