When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Europe, the USA, Australia, or Japan. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Before sending your package, we test the QR code to ensure it is functioning properly. This process involves adding the clothing item to the system and manually verifying that the QR code can be properly read and used. This, and increased demand, may increase the fulfillment time to up to 5 working days.

How long does the shipping take?

Most orders arrive after around 5 to 7 working days. However, due to the international logistics chain being stretched to its full capabilities now, the shipping process may take up to 21 working days.

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders. However, you can speed up the fulfillment process by upgrading to the priority fulfillment set at $5.99.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
