Refund policy
We strive to provide you with any and all information regarding refunds you may need to know, so please read the following document carefully. If you have questions that this document fails to answer, please have no hesitation directing them at contact@reshrd.com, and we will be happy to provide any assistance needed.
Introduction
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days, from the day you receive your package, to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the purchase confirmation, which you got by email.
Furthermore, you can request a refund in the following situations:
- when we mistakenly send you different item/s than the one/s you ordered, or
- when the item/s you receive is/are damaged or defective.
Refunds submitted on the basis of purchasing the wrong size may not be accepted. Please refer to the size charts available on the respective product pages before making a purchase.
Please make sure to inspect the order immediately after you receive it, making sure it’s not damaged, defective, or different than ordered so that in case it is, you can quickly contact us, and we can promptly help you with the issue.
The Refund Process
To start a refund, you need to contact us at contact@reshrd.com and present us with the details of the issue. If your case is accepted, we will provide you with all the shipping information necessary for you to send the package back.
After you ship the product/s back, please let us know, so we can register it in our system, together with a possible tracking link. This is helpful for you as well since you will be able to see when the package arrives, and subsequently, when can you expect the reimbursement.
We will release the money back to you within 7 days of receiving the package and confirming everything checks out. Please note that it may take additional 1-3 working days for your bank or credit card company to receive and transfer the money to your account. In cases of PayPal transactions, the money appears in your account the moment we reimburse your order.
Costs of a Refund
When returning the item to us, it is the customer who is responsible for covering the costs of shipping, after we provide you with shipping information. This cost can be either paid by the customer normally or, after submitting a shipping receipt, subtracted from the to-be-refunded amount outstanding from the original order. The customer is exempt from the shipping cost only in cases of receiving wrong / damaged products.
